Introducing TOTAL Rugby for Year 4/5/6 at DM PROcoach. Young athletes can improve their rugby skills and have fun. Our program teaches important rugby techniques, teamwork, and sportsmanship, making each session enjoyable and meaningful. Join us to improve at rugby and make new friends in a friendly setting! Time: 10:30 - 1pm Dates: Thursday's - 30th July. 6th, 20th, 27th August. Location: Cae Hafren, Llanidloes. Please bring plenty of fluid and a snack. Wear appropriate sports clothing and football/rugby boots. Sun cream applied in hot weather.
